HOW DO I PLACE ORDERS on DressMeCommunion website?
Ordering at DressMeCommunion Online Shop is easy:

The processing time for orders without personalization or customization is 1-2 business days.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER on DressMeCommunion website?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact Customer Service at 1-437-452-7002 within 24 hours of placing your order, Monday through Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PST).
We’ll do our best to cancel your order and provide a full refund.
However, please note that if your order has already entered the shipping and handling process, we won't be able to cancel it.
WHEN WILL MY COMPLETE ORDER SHIP if it is personalized?
If an order includes a personalized or custom made item, we will ship everything together within 2-3 business days.
All other orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
If you want in-stock items shipped immediately, you can contact Customer Service at 1-437-452-7002 to arrange a separate shipment, though there may be an additional shipping charge.
We note the expected ship-by date for all personalized items when ordering, so please select a shipping method that ensures your order arrives in time for your event!

WHAT SIZE IS THE RIGHT SIZE for a communion dress or a suit?

We recommend using the child's actual measurements rather than age or weight, as all children vary in size.
For example, a short but sturdy 9-year-old might need an 8-year-old suit.
Please ensure you provide exact measurements, and our specialists and craftsmen will add extra wiggle room.
SHOULD I WASH MY OUTFIT before my kids communion?
We recommend:
- To take your communion dress or suit out of the packaging and allowing it to hang for a day or two, then steam it before the event to refresh the material.
- If you wish to iron stubborn wrinkles, use a low setting and place either tissue paper or a layer of white cotton between the iron and the fabric to protect it from water drops or overheating.
- To dry clean your garments before or after the ceremony.
- To hand wash the dress or suit in warm water with a little detergent, then hang them to dry, gently wringing them out by hand if you have time like 3-4 days before the ceremony.
We do not recommend
- To wash and spin your communion dress or suit in a washing machine before wearing it on the event day, as water, heat, and detergents can affect the shape and color of the outfit or damage the delicate textiles, lace, and ribbon used.
- To iron your dress directly on high heat settings
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept orders only online to secure your payments and cards, or you may pay directly to our PayPal account.
Our payments are handled by the PayPal system, allowing you to pay securely by Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Every transaction is heavily guarded by PayPal's advanced encryption.

Some countries have taxes or duties, which will be calculated and collected at customs. These charges vary by country, are not from us, and are based on current rates at the time of purchase completion.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE for me to receive my order?
Typically, we ship within 1-2 business days after receiving an order. We have stock in Poland, Italy, and the USA (Miami), so orders from these locations are delivered in 1-2 business days.
Custom-made and personalized orders are shipped in 2-3 business days.
Standard free shipping for orders over 100USD usually takes up to 21 days. We ship worldwide via UPS and FedEx.
Delivery times for Rush Shipping may vary depending on the destination, but it usually takes 5-7 business days within the USA and 7-10 business days worldwide.
Rush delivery costs 25 USD, and if it costs more, we will cover the difference, as we want the shopping process on our website to be clear and fair for our clients.
HOW WILL MY ORDER be packaged?
To reduce shipping costs, we press all of our garments and carefully package them in a clear plastic box, then ship them in soft waterproof packs.
If customs check the order, it may be repacked there.
If you want a gift wrap option so your order can be shipped in a box, please contact our Customer Service at +1 (437) 452-7002 to calculate the applicable shipping costs for your country.
For example, delivering a communion dress in our standard box will cost about USD 50-60 to Australia, Canada, Great Britain, or Europe, and about USD 40 within the US.
I HAVE SEEN YOU OUTFITS FOR A DISCOUNTED PRICE ON ANOTHER WEBSITE. Can I buy the outfits from your website at this price?
We sell online at dressmecomnnuion.com, battesimo.love, and our Etsy store. Contact our Customer Service representatives at 1-437-452-7002 to agree on the price if there is a difference.
Other websites that display our garments at reduced prices often use our photos without permission. These are usually sites from China that have stolen our images and claim they can recreate and mass-produce our designs at a lower cost. They achieve this by using cheap materials, and we've heard from customers who purchased from these sites (before shopping with us) that their items are nothing like ours or sometimes aren't delivered at all.
We are a small, family-owned company, and all our collections are designed in-house by our owner for exclusive sale by our company. Our photos are copyrighted, and we are constantly working to have these stolen images removed from these websites, but this process does take time.
What is your RETURN/EXCHANGE policy?
We take pride in producing custom-made garments and pay close attention to every single dress or suit. We want our customers to be happy with their purchase.
You may return or exchange the garment if you buy it in a regular size without customization or personalization within 14 days of receiving the order.
Made-to-order items, Custom-made or personalized garments, warehouse sales, and items discounted by 40% or more are FINAL SALE. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise noted.
Everything is returnable and exchangeable if the order was sent in the wrong size or if there were any mistakes on our part. Our Customer Service team at +1 437 452-7002 will be happy to address any questions or concerns you may have.
Please note that our embroidery patterns are all-over designs, and depending on how the item is cut for production, the embroidery can vary, making every item unique!
If you want to exchange them, we will be happy to assist you, but it will be considered a regular exchange, and exchange shipping will be charged. Please note that we cannot accept items back for a return or exchange that arrive in a worn, washed, or damaged condition.
Damages that occur during the try-on process and/or in transit back to us are the responsibility of the buyer.

You can return the items in any way convenient for you within 14 days of receiving the order.
If the order is returned within the US, you will need to ship it to our Miami warehouse by regular post. If you are returning from another country, we recommend choosing the cheapest option for you.

We recommend tracking and insuring the package for your peace of mind, but this is entirely up to you. Please note: Return and exchange shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we made a mistake.
Once the package is received and inspected, it takes 5-10 business days to process the refund. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-3 business days to reflect in your account. In rare cases, it may appear on your next statement. We will email you once the refund is applied.
