Measure your boy to get the perfect communion suit

Height

Have the boy stand on firm flooring against a flat wall, legs straight, looking straight ahead.
Use a flat ruler or book at a right angle with the wall and lower it to touch the crown of his head.
Measure from the floor to this mark with a tape measure and record his height.

Length of trousers

Measure trouser length from your waistline to where you want the pants to end.
Stand straight and run the tape measure along the side of your leg, from waist to ankle or floor, based on your desired pant style.

Length of sleeves

Measure sleeve length from boy’s shoulder to cuff. Start the measuring tape at the seam where the sleeve meets the shirt body.
Measure along the outside of his arm down to your desired wrist position.

Waist

To measure your child's waist, find the narrowest spot on their torso—typically a few inches above the hip bone, near the belly button.
Wrap the tape measure snugly around their waist while they breathe normally.
There's no need to add extra room for comfort since our boys' trousers already have built-in wiggle room and an elasticated back waist for comfort and growth!

Inseam

To measure your child's inside leg, have them wear their school shoes and stand naturally.
Run the tape measure from their crotch to about an inch above the ground where you want their trousers to end.
Ensure the tape is straight and not wrapped around their leg, and avoid pulling it too tight to prevent ending up with uncomfortable trousers.


Measure your girl to get the communion dress of your dream

Height

To get an accurate measurement for the length of the dress, take your measuring tape and stretch it in a straight line from the high point shoulder down to where you want the dress to end.
This will give you a clear idea of the length you're working with. Ensure the tape is straight for the most precise result.

Waist

To measure your girl's waist, find the narrowest spot — typically a few inches above the hip bone, near the belly button.
Wrap the tape measure snugly around her waist while she breathes normally 

Chest

The chest measurement is taken at the fullest point of a girl's chest, usually around the nipples.
Lift the arms and wrap the tape measure around your child’s back to the front.
Ensure the tape is snug around the chest, but not tight.
